facebook beats Google+ to scroll feature

Facebook beats Google+ to this feature, but the static navigation bar is optional at blogspot.com However one thing that is confusing is what is being streamed in the far right column. I would like to be able to edit what is being thrown at me on that sidebar.

Another note, the scroll feature only works on the fB home page, once you click over to another page such ass your profile page the scroll feature is gone and your back to the old whole page scroll.

The scroll feature does translate to groups pages ass well which is pretty cool. I wish Google+ had this feature. it's nice being able to scroll through your stream and still be able to click on other page elements with out having to scroll back to the top to find them.
