Not So Grand @ 100 Grand Oakland

I was just suffering craigslist looking around to see what apartments are available and came across an add for the Grand. It shows views from the pent house. now when my fiancee and I toured the grand we were shown the units just below the second terrace, granted we weren't looking for anything larger than a two bedroom flat. As we toured we asked the common questions... when we got to the pool question we were told that there was never any plan for a pool. Awe pooh, no pool.

Now I see that add for the Penthouse with it's views of the second terrace a thought comes to mind when I saw a rectangle patch of grass surrounded by an odd border and deck furniture. One question comes to mind. Was that supposed to be a pool? An ULTRA LUXE apartment with out a pool that is supposed to be the envy of the Bay Area!? I hate being lied too!
